New Delhi, May 3: India today summoned Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit regarding the decapitation of two Indian security compel work force in Jammu and Kashmir by Pakistan powers.
Basit was brought in by Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar to pass on India's solid perspectives on the occurrence, the outside issues service said.
