Bhatkal (K'taka), May 3: Two people were captured and in this manner conceded safeguard by a court for sharing a transformed photograph of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a WhatsApp gather here, police said today.
Krishna Naik, the "administrator" of the 'Balse Boys' gathering on WhatsApp, and Ganesh, an individual from the gathering, were captured on April 24 on the premise of a protest documented by Anand, another individual from the gathering, Bhatkal Town Police Inspector Suresh Nayak told.
Both were created before the justice and conceded safeguard that day.
The protest was recorded on April 15.
The blamed were reserved under areas 67 (distributing or transmitting revolting material in electronic shape) and 67A (distributing or transmitting material containing sexually express act in electronic frame) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
"We have sent the call subtle elements to the Forensic Science Laboratory," said Nayak.
