Lucknow, Aug 18 Former UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav today jabbed fun at BJP President Amit Shah, saying the opposition may well have to leave for Nepal if the party won its target of 350 or more seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
The Samajwadi Party pioneer was gotten some information about Shah's Mission 2019 - a survey methodology on winning 350 seats or more in the following Parliamentary decision.
"On the off chance that he (Shah) is saying as much, he should be correct. On the off chance that this is along these lines, we (the resistance) ought to go on an outside trek or go to Nepal ... We should leave UP," Yadav said.
He said the people of Uttar Pradesh and whatever is left of the nation had seen through the BJP.
"They (BJP) did not do what they stated, they do what they didn't state. They didn't satisfy their guarantees and people have comprehended this. What has the Center done in the past three years? Nothing," he said.
Inquired as to why in spite of his cases of advancement in the express the general population of UP did not vote in favor of the SP, he stated, "The people are now happy with us. But this is a democratic system and they will have to wait for five years. They were deceived and did not observe our work. Be that as it may, they have now understood."
The BJP, which won 282 seats in the 2014 Lok Sabha surveys, is currently peering toward a two-third lion's share in Parliament, party sources said yesterday.
