Shiv Sena: BJP came to power using Ram temple issue, presently PM Narendra Modi says matter is in court

New Delhi, Jan 2 BJP's antagonized NDA partner Shiv Sena on Wednesday censured Prime Minister Narendra Modi for saying that any activity on the Ram temple will be taken just the legitimate obstacles get over.

Commentating on PM Modi's announcement, senior Shiv Sena pioneer Sanjay Raut said that if the PM at long last says that there is no hope since the issue is in court then what was the requirement for the gore on the Ram temple issue.

The Sena MP stated, ''We needn't bother with the PM to disclose to us that the issue is in court. In the event that that is what we needed, what was the requirement for the development?''

Effectively expressing his idea, Raut stated, ''several karsevaks were martyred, there were bomb impacts in Mumbai, riots. It was a massacre on Ram temple's name, who's capable? You (BJP) shaped the administration on this issue, bear in mind that.''

The extremely critical comments from the Maharashtra-based party came a day after PM Modi said that his legislature can take a choice on a statute for the Ram temple's development simply after the legal procedure is finished.

Commenting on that, the Shiv Sena said that "Ruler Ram isn't greater than the law".

The Shiv Sena, a partner of the BJP, has been requesting a mandate to prepare for the sanctuary's development in Ayodhya, contending that the issue has been hauling in courts for quite a long time.

"The Supreme Court has said (hearing on the) Ram Mandir isn't a dire issue. PM Modi also did not say anything extraordinary. I compliment him for making his position unmistakable on the issue. ...(The PM says) Will not bring a statute for the Ram temple. The established significance of this is Lord Ram isn't greater than the law," Sanjay Raut said in a tweet.

To this, PM Modi stated, "Let the legal procedure take its very own course. Try not to gauge it in political terms. Give the legal procedure a chance to be finished. After the legal procedure is finished, whatever be our obligation as an administration, we are prepared to make all efforts," he said.

In the recent times, the Shiv Sena has solidified its remain over the Ram temple issue.

Addressing a rally in Pandharpur in Maharashtra's Solapur district last month, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray had asked BJP partners to clear their remain on the Ram temple issue.

In November, the Sena chief had visited Ayodhya and demanded an ordinance to resolve the issue.
