BJP lost 3 state elections however we are not vanquished: Amit Shah

New Delhi, Jan 12 BJP President Amit Shah on Saturday said in spite of the fact that the gathering lost in the Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh Assembly polls, it has not been vanquished yet.

Addressing the Bharatiya Janata Party National Council on the second day of its session, Shah stated: "In 2014, people gave full majority to the BJP. What's more, since 2014, consistently elections came and we won.

"As of late, three elections results were bad. Yet, I need to tell party workersthat our opponents have won yet we have not been defeated."

Shah proceeded to state: "The media will debate our losses but I want to make them to comprehend that what is overcome. In Uttar Pradesh, the Congress have been cleaned and one has search for it with the assistance of a binocular."

The Rajya Sabha MP also said that in politics, there was consistent victory and defeat.

"However, the BJP has not lost its ground in these three states. Our workers have to keep the confidence and they have the opportunity in 2019 to form a foundation for a strong government."

Slamming the Congress for nepotism, casteism and appeasement, Shah said that because of these three issues, the nation's development was being stopped.

He declared that the Narendra Modi government will continue pushing forward with its professional poor plans to take advancement to each individual of the nation.

The BJP chief also said that for party workers, elections were not exclusively to frame government, however it was a celebration of majority rules system and a chance to showcase the party`s ideology.
