Mamata blames Modi for purchasing votes with black money

Serampore (WB), Apr 24 West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee Wednesday blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi of converting huge black money into white through demonitisation and spending it to purchase votes.

She alleged that the saffron party is bringing in firearms and goons to guarantee cast a ballot to support its and said that such a circumstance won't be permitted to develop in Bengal.

"Modi Babu you may forcibly impose notebandi (demonetisation) on people to convert black money into white and spend them during elections to purchase votes, but you can never buy voters in Bengal," Banerjee said at a public meeting at Serampore in Hooghly locale in help of Trinamool Congress candidates.

"You (Modi) are bound to be dethroned after the elections. Our government will prove what a big scam demonetisation was," the TMC supremo said.

Proceeding with her assault, Banerjee, who is among the severest critics of the saffron party, said that BJP "goons" are notwithstanding sorting out parades with arms and sharp-edged weapons to vitiate the earth and unleash terror.

"We must foil such bids to maintain peace and harmony in the state," she said.

Banerjee claimed that Modi had disseminated alcohol licenses to some handpicked people only in front of the surveys and said that the TMC government will uncover the trick and uncover his "genuine face" to the people.

Banerjee reiterated that she won't permit in Bengal and not a single people will be asked to leave the state.

Both Modi and BJP president Amit Shah have over and again spoken on implementing the native's register in the state to get rid of the large number of infiltrators in it.

Calling upon people to defeat Modi, she said "In the event that you need to spare the nation and our Constitution, drive him (Modi) out of intensity and spare the country from disaster."

Banerjee expressed confidence about the victory of her party's candidates and said "The BJP won't get a single seat. Trinamool Congress will win all the 42 Lok Sabha seat in Bengal and will shape the government at the Center together with all similarly invested mainstream parties."

She also addressed another rally ar Krishnagar and partook in a road show at Burdwan town.
