Rahul repeats 'love' for Modi, says PM angry with him

Pune, Apr 5 Congress President Rahul Gandhi Friday repeated his 'adoration' for Prime Minister Narendra Modi yet wailed over that the last has only anger towards him.

Gandhi was connecting with students in Pune.

"I love PM Modi. Truly, I have no hatred or anger towards the man, but he (Modi) has anger towards me," he said.

"I really don't have anger towards him, he included.

There were brief chants of "Modi, Modi" not long after this remark, to which Gandhi reacted," Its fine.. its OK".

This was not the first time Gandhi spoke of having 'affection' for Modi. In March, he reviewed the day he had hugged Modi and said he couldn't detest him since love "is in the nation's grain, each religion, and the Tamil people".

He made those comments while associating with students of a college in Chennai. At the point when an student asked him for what good reason he embraced the head administrator, Gandhi had said he had watched a 'very angry' Modi in Parliament running down his gathering, his late dad Rajiv Gandhi and mother Sonia.

After a fiery speech in Parliament in October a year ago, Gandhi had done something unprecedented: He had approached Modi and hugged him, leaving the PM bewildered for a minute.

Soon after his interaction with students in Pune, Gandhi said he loves everybody, including those 'temporarily blinded by hatred'.

"Hatred is cowardice. I dont care if the entire world is full of hatred. I am not a coward. I will not hide behind hate and anger. I love all living being, including those temporarily blinded by hatred," Gandhi tweeted.
