Previous Congress pioneer Barkha Singh Shukla joins BJP

New Delhi, April 22: After being removed from the Congress party for enjoying against gathering exercises, Barkha Singh Shukla joined Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday.

Shukla will formally join the BJP at gathering central command in nearness of Shyam Jaju, the gathering's national VP.

Prior, the disciplinary advisory group of the Delhi unit of the Congress party ousted Singh on grounds of indiscipline and hostile to gathering movement.

Singh had occupied with a war of words with VP Rahul Gandhi, saying the choice to evacuate her as head of the ladies' wing of the Delhi unit of the Congress gathering wasn't right.

She had then stated, she had no arrangements to join the BJP or whatever other gathering.

Singh likewise had whined against the disregard of ladies specialists in ticket dispersion for the April 23 urban surveys and asserted that gathering laborers were reprimanded and their grievances were not tended to.
