Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Apr 21: Bollywood performer Salman Khan should show up in the District and Session Court here on July 6 when the contentions start on an interest against his absolution by a trial court in an Arms Act case, as indicated by the Public Prosecutor.
His insight showed up in the court today, after which the judge Bhagwan Das Agarwal recorded the matter for July 6 to begin the contentions on the interest documented by the State.
Open Prosecutor Pokar Ram Bishnoi said that before beginning of the contentions, Khan should present a safeguard obligation of Rs. 20000 in the court alongside his appearance.
The court has requested (Khan) to present a safeguard obligation of Rs. 20000 in the court on July 6 and has additionally guided Khan to show up in the court for the becoming aware of our allure, said Bishnoi.
The trial court had absolved Khan of the considerable number of charges against him under the Arms Act on January 18 this year, refering to specialized grounds relating to confining of the charges and indictment consent against him by the then area officer.
The Rajasthan government had tested his quittance in the District and Session court on March 7.
Conceding the administration request, judge Agarwal had issued notice to Khan posting the matter for hearing today.
