New Delhi, Dec 13 The procedures in the two Houses of Parliament were deferred on the second sequential day Thursday in the midst of proceeded with dissents by opposition parties on a few issues, incorporating alleged corruption in the Rafale fly arrangement, development of Ram temple and Cauvery river water.
Thursday was the third day of the Winter session. While on the very first moment, both the Houses were dismissed in the wake of paying tribute to previous prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Union clergyman Ananth Kumar and some sitting individuals, the second day on Wednesday saw dissents by the opposition.
While the Lok Sabha was deferred Wednesday without transacting much business, the Rajya Sabha had passed a bill amid noisy scenes.
The Rajya Sabha Thursday was deferred for the day without executing any business following challenges by Tamil Nadu parties inside the well over the Cauvery river issue.
No sooner had the House offered its regards to the nine people who set out their lives 17 years back when fear monger assaulted the Parliament House complex and the recorded papers introduced, individuals having a place with the AIADMK and DMK trooped into the well of the House yelling mottos.
"Protect the right of Tamil Nadu," read the notices held by protesting members.
A couple of members from Andhra Pradesh too were in the well requesting unique status for the state.
Administrator M Venkaiah Naidu cautioned that he would be compelled to dismiss the procedures for the day if individuals did not come back to their seats and enable the House to function.
"I might want to urge members to at least allow the House today... 9 persons had laid down their lives to protect Parliament. Wrong message will go," he said.
He said discussion on all issues including on Cauvery river issue will be permitted.
As his rehashed requests to members to enable the House to work fell on hard of hearing years, he deferred the procedures till Friday.
The Lok Sabha additionally seen rehashed dismissals in the midst of restriction dissents. The House was dismissed twice in the Question Hour. It was later dismissed for the day amid Zero Hour where just two individuals motivated an opportunity to talk.
Besides opposition members, ruling BJP's partner Shiv Sena ruling held dissents in the House requesting law for development of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Talking in the House, party leader Anandrao Adsul said the BJP got full dominant part however "overlooked" Hindutava, which was the main reason for the alliance between the two parties.
As the protests continued, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan asked members enable the House to work yet in vain.
The House was then adjourned for the day.
Prior when the Question Hour started subsequent to paying tributes to saints of the 2001 Parliament assault, individuals from the Congress, TDP and AIADMK hurried to the Well raising mottos, following which the Speaker adjourned the House.

When the House assembled again, Mahajan reminded members that they can raise issues under different standards.

But opposition members remained unconvinced and returned to the Well.
As the bedlam continued, the House was adjourned for nearly 30 minutes till noon.
