TRS gets larger part in Telangana

Hyderabad, Dec 11 The ruling TRS secured a simple majority winning 60 seats and was ahead in 27 others according to the most recent vote tally in the Telangana assembly elections Tuesday.

Other conspicuous candidates among the individuals won's identity clergymen E Rajender and T Srinivas Yadav and AIMIM's Akbaruddin Owaisi, sibling of party chief Asaduddin Owaisi.

Ministers Tummala Nageswar Rao, Jupally Krishna Rao and P Mahender Reddy and Telangana Congress Working President Revanth Reddy, senior Congress leader Jana Reddy and Telangana BJP president K Laxman were among those trailing.

BJP candidates Amar Singh and Raja Singh were driving in Karwan and Goshamahal segments respectively.
