Bihar Governor and CM pay tribute to Sardar Patel, Indira Gandhi

Patna, Oct 31 Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today paid flower tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his introduction to the world commemoration and former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her passing commemoration.

At a state work composed by the Bihar government, the Governor and CM garlanded the statue of Sardar Patel at Patel chowk here on his 142nd birth commemoration.

The central government watches October 31 as 'Rashtriya Ekta Diwas' (National Unity Day) on the birth commemoration of Patel.

Sardar Patel's introduction to the world commemoration work was composed in different parts of the state where individuals recollected his commitments to the nation other than taking determination to make the nation of Patel's fantasy.

The Governor and the CM likewise offered flower tribute to Indira Gandhi on her 33rd passing commemoration here at a state work sorted out at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Science (IGIMS).

The state Road Construction Minister Nand Kishore Yadav, senior JD(U) pioneer and lawmaker Shyam Rajak, senior Bihar Congress pioneer Prem Chandra Mishra were among other noticeable pioneers who garlanded the statue of Gandhi.

An all faith prayer was held and artistes presented bhajan and nationalistic songs on the occasion.
