CBI gives new dates to Lalu Prasad, Tejashwi Yadav

New Delhi, Oct 3 The CBI today asked RJD pioneer Lalu Prasad Yadav and his son Tejashwi Yadav to appear before it for addressing on October 5 and 6 out of an affirmed defilement case after the two pioneers communicated their failure to show up on given dates, the office sources said.

The sources said Yadav and Tejashwi were prior approached October 4 and 5.

The CBI wants to question the former railways minister Lalu Prasad Yadav for an agreement given for the upkeep of two IRCTC inns in 2006. Tejashwi is additionally made a blamed in the CBI FIR relating to charged defilement in the arrangement.

It is claimed that Yadav as Railway Minister gave over upkeep of two Railway lodgings BNR Ranchi and Puri to Sujata Hotel (a company owned by Vinay and Vijay Kochhar) after to accepting a pay off as prime place where there is three sections of land through a benami company
