Supplication to ban loudspeakers of religious establishments in HC उच्च न्यायालय में धार्मिक संस्थानों के लाउडस्पीकरों पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का अनुरोध

नई दिल्ली, 13 अक्टूबर: दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में धार्मिक ढांचे के ऊपर लाउडस्पीकरों पर प्रतिबंध 
लगाने के लिए एक याचिका पर केंद्र और दिल्ली सरकार की प्रतिक्रिया मांगी है।

कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश गीता मित्तल और न्यायमूर्ति सी हरि शंकर की पीठ ने केंद्र सरकार, शहर सरकार और दिल्ली 
पुलिस को नोटिस जारी किया और अगले साल 29 जनवरी को आगे की सुनवाई के लिए इस मामले की सुनवाई की।

एक कार्यकर्ता संजीजी कुमार ने दायर याचिका में कहा है कि लाउडस्पीकरों पर प्रतिबंध लगाने से संविधान के अनुच्छेद 25 
या 26 (धर्म की स्वतंत्रता पर लेख) का उल्लंघन नहीं होगा।

यह कहा गया कि लाउडस्पीकर कभी भी किसी भी धर्म का हिस्सा नहीं थे क्योंकि साधन 1924 में ही अस्तित्व में 
आया था।

"लाउडस्पीकर कभी भी किसी भी धर्म का हिस्सा नहीं थे, चाहे वह हिंदू धर्म, जैन धर्म, बौद्ध धर्म, ईसाई धर्म, इस्लाम, 
सिख धर्म या पारसीवाद है।

दलील ने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के ऐतिहासिक फैसले को भी संदर्भित किया, जिसने मौलिक अधिकार के रूप में गोपनीयता का 
अधिकार घोषित किया।

दलील ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे किसी भी धार्मिक ढांचे के ऊपर लाउडस्पीकरों को हटाने के लिए कहें कि उन्होंने 
नाबालिगों और बुजुर्गों के लोगों सहित नागरिकों के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन किया।

याचिका में अधिकारियों को निर्देश देने की भी मांग की गई कि लाउडस्पीकरों को हटाने के बाद, निगरानी की जाती है, एक 
शिकायत तंत्र स्थापित किया जाता है और दोहराने वाले अपराधियों के खिलाफ उचित कार्रवाई की जाती है।
