को कहा कि कर सुधार में मामूली बदलाव कोई अंतर नहीं करेगा। कांग्रेस नेता पी। सी। चाको ने कहा, "जीएसटी 
कौंसिल को पूरी क्रियान्वयन की प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा करनी चाहिए जो हम उनसे अपेक्षा करते हैं। 
मामूली बदलाव समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर रहे हैं।"

चाको का बयान 22वीं जीएसटी परिषद की बैठक में चल रहा है।

चाको ने आगे कहा कि जीएसटी की संपूर्ण कार्यान्वयन प्रक्रिया अपर्याप्त थी। और यह कि केंद्र को परिणामों का सामना 
करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।

"आज पूरे देश पीड़ित है, यह व्यापारी, किसान, निर्यातक है। जीएसटी को आम लोगों के लिए कुछ राहत लाई जानी थी।
 जीएसटी के कार्यान्वयन से कम होने वाले उपभोग के एक भी आइटम की कीमत नहीं थी। जीएसटी? " उसने पूछा।

कांग्रेस नेता ने भी सवाल किया कि क्यों जीएसटी के दायरे में पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों को नहीं लाया गया है।

"यदि पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों की कीमतें नियंत्रित नहीं हैं तो मुझे यकीन है कि उपभोक्ता सामान सस्ता नहीं होंगे। परिवहन की
 कीमत में प्रत्येक मद की बदले में कीमतों में वृद्धि होगी। भारत में दोषपूर्ण क्रियान्वयन की वजह से पीड़ित हैं,"
 उन्होंने कहा।

जीएसटी परिषद जीएसटी नेटवर्क के कामकाज में सुधार का आकलन करने की संभावना है।

यह तेजी से रिफंड के साथ-साथ अनुपालन के मामले में निर्यातकों को कुछ राहत देने पर भी निर्णय ले सकता है।
