Kozhikode, Jul 20 A Muslim lady has dropped her intend to join an educator instructional class at a foundation in neighboring Malappuram area after the organization disclosed to her that she couldn't go to classes wearing 'Purdah'.
Husna, decided not to seek after her BEd course at Jamia Nadwiya Teacher Training Institute keep running by Kerala Naduvathul Mujahideen (KNM), a Muslim organisation.
"We chose that Husna will wear Purdah as it would be more comfortable and more secure than sari and moved toward the specialists despite the fact that there is a stipulation in the institute that students should wear sari three days in a week" as uniform", Husna's significant other P Harshad Muhammed said when contacted.
Harshad said that he had written a letter to KNM pointing out that some other institutions run by Muslim organisations allowed students to attend classes wearing Purdah.
Yet, the experts at the foundation denied her request expressing that there was a clothing regulation in the institution, he said.
"In this condition, she has chosen to drop the arrangement of joining the foundation", he said.
Whenever reached, a senior authority of the institution said guidelines couldn't be casual for a person.
"On the off chance that we unwind the run for one individual now, there will be such requests from others additionally", the authority said.
