Trudeau said that it was his second visit to Taj Mahal.
"Around 35 years ago, when I was 11 years, I came to India on an official trip with my dad (former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau). I had come down to see Agra from New Delhi to see the Taj Mahal," Trudeau reviewed.
"For me to be available on an official excursion while conveying my children with me to share this is really special and having the capacity to appreciate this as a father with my children is really nice," he included.

Trudeau was went with alongside his significant other Sophie Gregoire and his three kids, Xavier, Ella-Grace, and Hadrien.
Many foreign dignitaries have gone to the Taj Mahal in the past few years.
The Taj Mahal, situated along the Yamuna river, was worked by Shah Jahan, a seventeenth century Mughal ruler for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died while giving birth to her fourteenth child.
It is a standout amongst the most exceptional cases of Mughal engineering, having a mix of Indian, Persian and Islamic impacts.
The structure of the monument is built entirely with white marble, studded with semi-valuable stones and is recorded with verses of Quran. It is encompassed by four minarets.
It was one of the Seven Wonders of the World and is assigned as an UNESCO World Heritage site since 1983.
Trudeau is on his way to Mathura, where he will visit the Wild Life Century (Elephant Conservation Center).
The sanctuary will stay close for around two hours to the people, owing to Trudeau's visit.
