Delhi HC rejects plea for legal mediation: AAP vs chief Secretary

New Delhi, Feb. 21 The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to entertain a plea for legal intercession in the asserted fight between Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs.

Meanwhile, an appointment of Congress pioneers met Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal to talk about the issue.

The Delhi Police has enlisted a FIR against AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan and captured MLA Prakash Jarwal in the issue till now.

Prior in the day, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal dodged question on the issue.

This response of Kejriwal came a day after the affirmed strike on the Delhi Chief Secretary started discussion in the country.

On Tuesday, the Chief Secretary held up a police complaint and alleged that he was abused at Kejriwal's habitation by two administrators of the decision Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) - Ajay Dutt and Prakash Jarwal.

The Chief Secretary said that he was assaulted within the sight of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the wake of being summoned for discourses on Aadhaar - related issues.
