SEOUL, Feb 20 South Korea and the United States will declare plans before April for a put off joint military drill, South Korea`s defence minister said on Tuesday.
Seoul and Washington had agreed to put off the regular joint military exercise until after the Winter Olympics and Paralympics being hosted in South Korea, which ends on March 18.
