Rahul Gandhi's helper Sam Pitroda kick-began Pakistan National Day festivities in the interest of Congress: PM Modi

New Delhi, Mar 22 Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday came down heavily on Congress president Rahul Gandhi's nearby associate Sam Pitroda and said that the last has kick-began the Pakistan National Day celebrations on behalf of the Congress.

"The most trusted advisor and guide of the Congress President has kick-began the Pakistan National Day celebrations on behalf of the Congress, unexpectedly by belittling India's military. Disgrace!" he tweeted.

The Prime Minister slammed Pitroda for raising questions on the death toll in the Indian Air Force-conducted airstrike targetting Jaish-e-Mohammad dread camps inside Pakistan. He stated, "Resistance affronts our powers consistently. I request to my kindred Indians-question Opposition leaders on their statements. Tell them know 130 crore Indians won't excuse or overlook the Opposition for their antics. India stands firmly with our forces. #JantaMaafNahiKaregi"

In another tweet, PM Modi stated, "Loyal courtier of Congress' regal dynasty admits what the country already knew- Congress was unwilling to react to powers of terror. This is a New India-we will answer terrorists in a language they comprehend and with intrigue!" PM Modi said in another tweet.

Pitroda, earlier in the day, stirred controversy by questioning the logic behind the IAF airstrikes following the February 14, 2019 suicide bombing of the Central Reserve Police Force convoy in which at least 40 paramilitary personnel were killed.

The Congressman had asked the Narendra Modi government to reveal if the aerial operations were a triumph and executed upwards of 300 terrorists. Besides, he had refused to blame Pakistan for terror strikes in India and furthermore forgotten about the Pulwama attack as something that happens all the time.
