BSP's snub to Congress, now Akhilesh Yadav talks tough

New Delhi, Oct 6 On the swearing in of Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, all anti- BJP parties met up for a perfect photo of the terrific coalition that was to turn into. Be that as it may, only months after the fact, the photo does not appear to be perfect anymore.

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) a week ago censured Congress by joining hands with Ajit Jogi's JCC in Chhattisgarh and declared that it will go solo in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Subsequent to getting evaded by BSP, Congress turned towards Akhilesh Yadav for a union with the Samajwadi Party. Be that as it may, it would seem that the Congress won't have it simple there too.

"Congress has made us wait for long. We will hold talks with BSP," Akhilesh Yadav said on Saturday when he was asked about a possible alliance between the bua-bhatija of Uttar Pradesh.

Akhilesh had joined hands with Rahul for the 2017 Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh but the alliance saw a bitter result with the BJP winning the state with a massive majority.

Taking a cue from Mayawati's announcement, Akhilesh pressed upon the importance that the Congress needs to provide for the littler political gatherings. "I am stating that the Congress should demonstrate its huge heartedness, and it should contest elections by bringing all the political gatherings who have comparative contemplations and belief system. If that there is any delay, then there is a possibility that different gatherings may declare their candidates. After this, they (Congress) will level affirmations that they plotted with the BJP," Akhilesh said in what could be seen as a notice to the Congress.

While the endeavors of Rahul Gandhi-drove Congress appear to go futile for a Mahagatbandhan, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee is hoping to hang on the twirly doo. She hosts welcomed all non-BJP gatherings to join on January 19 at a super rally in Kolkata. She hasn't lost any expectation of Mayawati's help also and has welcomed her for the grand political gathering.

"I can't comment on the stand taken by Mayawati about Congress yet I'll welcome both Congress and Mayawati for the rally. I appeal to all opposition parties to come together," she had said.
