Sonali Bendre uncovers she has cancer

New Delhi, July 4 Bollywood star Sonali Bendre has uncovered she has recently been diagnosed with high grade cancer.

A 'hopeful' Sonali took to Instagram to discharge an announcement where she said she is "resolved to battle at all times."

"Sometimes, when you wouldn't dare hoping anymore, tosses you a curveball. I have as of late been determined to have a high review malignancy that has metastasised, which we honestly did not see coming. A niggling torment prompted a few tests, which prompted this sudden finding," composed the 43-year-old.

She further expressed thanked her family and thanked for support system and said she is undergoing treatment in New York.

"My family and close friends have rallied around me, giving the best support system that anybody can ask for. I am very blessed and thankful for every one of them. There is no better method to handle this, than to take swift and immediate action.

Thus as prompted by my specialists, I am as of now experiencing a course of treatment in New York"

"We remain optimistic and I am resolved to battle at all times. What has helped has been the immense outpouring of love and support I've received over the past few days, for which I am extremely thankful."

"I'm taking this fight head on, knowing I have the strength of my family and friends behind me," closed the 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' star.
