Army chief pitches for 'Arthashastra', 'Chanakya Niti'

New Delhi, Jan 8 Army Chief General Bipin Rawat on Monday called for modernisation of the military, adding the time has come to look take prompts from the 'Arthashastra' and 'Chanakya Niti'.
