Rahul's coat keeps on warming up governmental issues

New Delhi, Jan 31 Hitting back at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for going after Rahul Gandhi over his coat, the Congress party on Wednesday called it the BJP's urgency to cut down the Congress party president's popularity and image.

Gandhi, who has been battling in Meghalaya for the forthcoming assembly elections, was seen wearing a coat, obviously from a British extravagance form mark, which the BJP claims is valued at about Rs. 70,000.

Congress pioneer Renuka Chaudhary laughed away the BJP's claims and said she could create a similar coat for Rs. 700 for Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the event that he needs, and included that "lone I don't have his estimations other than chappan inch chaati (56 inch chest)."

Chaudhary stated, "I don't know whether to snicker or to cry on the edginess of the BJP. Is it true that you are stating that they have no other work than to sit and seek rates?? I can demonstrate to you a similar coat for 700 rupees. On the off chance that the Prime Minister needs it I can get one and send it to him other than 56-inch chest, I don't have his estimations."

The pictures of Gandhi wearing the coat gave crisp ammo to the BJP to counter his popular 'suit boot ki sarkaar' agree at Prime Minister Narendra Modi-drove government.

Mocking the BJP, Chaudhary stated, "It is funny to the point that it is originating from the suit-boot sarkaar. A suit that was woven with his name on it and he wore it when the US president came (to India). And afterward they sold it for crores. This is the sarkaar that is addressing Rahul Gandhi's coat?"

On Tuesday, BJP's Meghalaya unit raised up the issue of Gandhi's coat on Twitter.

"So @OfficeOfRG , soot(pun proposed!)- boot ki sarkar with 'dark' cash fleeced from Meghalayan State exchequer by wild debasement? Rather than singing ceaselessly our troubles, you could have given a report card of your wasteful govt in Meghalaya! Your lack of concern ridicules us!" composed Meghalaya BJP underneath the photo, which was combined with the coat's original photo and price.
