Petitions identified with Justice Loya's death transferred to Supreme Court

New Delhi, Jan 22 The Supreme Court on Monday transferred two cases relating to CBI uncommon judge Justice B.H. Loya's passing from the Bombay High Court to itself.

The apex court will hear the issue next in the first week of February.
