New Delhi, Jan 22 The Supreme Court on Monday transferred two cases relating to CBI uncommon judge Justice B.H. Loya's passing from the Bombay High Court to itself.
The apex court will hear the issue next in the first week of February.
The nation's top court said that it would look at all the reports.
"This is a serious matter. We have seen all the daily paper reports. We might want to see every one of the records", the court said.
Then, the Maharashtra government told the Supreme Court that a cautious and reasonable examination was led after the media reports.
It additionally said that four judicial officers guaranteed that there was no injustice included.
The state government proceeded with that the Bombay High Court recorded the announcements that said Justice Loya kicked the bucket of heart failure.
A three-judge seat headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra was hearing the supplications looking for an examination concerning the supposedly suspicious demise of Justice Loya.
