AAP to hold emergency meeting on winning circumstance

New Delhi, Jan 20 In the wake of the present circumstance, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has called an emergency meeting of its pioneers here today.

Prior in the day, AAP national representative Sanjay Singh said that the Election Commission (EC) has not taken after due process while prescribing the preclusion of 20 party MLAs from the Delhi Assembly in the office of profit case.

The senior AAP pioneer named the EC's suggestion as ""one-sided" and "partial".

"The Election Commission suggesting the exclusion of its 20 MLAs from the Delhi Assembly is one-sided and they have reported their proposal without tuning in to our MLAs", Singh said in a question and press conference.

He claimed that the EC kept every one of the standards and control of laws aside while declaring its suggestions.

He said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-drove government was smothering majority rule government in the nation and scrutinized that there is no importance of constitutional institutions left in the nation.

It is without precedent for the historical backdrop of the nation that four Supreme Court judges have had to say that democracy is in danger, he added.
