Ranchi, Jan 24 Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad and former Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra were discovered liable by a Special CBI court in Ranchi in the Chaibasa Treasury case related to fodder scam, on Wednesday.
The quantum of sentence will be pronounced after 2 p.m. by the Ranchi Court.
The case related to the misappropriation of Rs 33.67 crore from Chaibasa treasury amid 1992-93.
Lalu is as of now held up in the Birsa Munda Jail in Ranchi in the wake of being indicted for a long time on December 23, 2017. The case related to the Deoghar treasury.
The Chaibasa Treasury case is the third case in the fodder scam in which Lalu Prasad has been discovered liable.
