Delegate Commissioner of Police (DCP) Pramod Kushwaha said Qureshi was attempting to restore IM and IMI">SIMI in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.

The police cleared up that the fear based oppressor was not intending to complete dread exercises in Delhi.

"We had data that Qureshi would come to meet an old partner in the Ghazipur zone. Following up on the data, a Special Cell group captured Qureshi the evening of January 20 from Ghazipur zone in Uttar Pradesh after a short trade of flame," said Kushwaha.
