Ranveer's first honor for 'Padmaavat' - a note from Amitabh Bachchan

New Delhi, Jan 30 Ranveer Singh, who is as a rule generally lauded for his portrayal of Alauddin Khilji in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmaavat', feels charmed subsequent to getting a letter of thankfulness from megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

Calling the letter his "honor", an overpowered Ranveer took to Twitter to share the photo of the note and a bundle Bachchan sent him subsequent to viewing Bhansali's artful culmination.

He inscribed the photograph, "I have my honor @SrBachchan."

Ranveer additionally got a transcribed note in 2015, after Bachchan had viewed 'Bajirao Mastani'.

Featuring Deepika Padukone ahead of the pack, 'Padmaavat' also stars Shahid Kapoor, Jim Sarbh, Aditi Rao Hydari and Raza Murad.

The film is going solid in the cinematic world. Till now, the film has officially crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark in the box-office in four days, in spite of not releasing in some states and act of vandalism the nation over.
