Court to pronounce sentence tomorrow: Fodder scam

Ranchi (Jharkhand), Jan 3 The Ranchi Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court will pronounce the quantum of sentence against Rashtriya Janata Dal(RJD) chief Lalu Prasad and others in connection with fodder scam tomorrow.

The court conceded the issue in wake of demise of advocate Vindeshwari parsad.

The Court additionally discovered Lalu's child Tejasvi yadav and other gathering pioneers Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Manoj Jha blameworthy of hatred of court.

On December 23, the RJD boss alongside 14 others was discovered blameworthy by the court while seven charged including previous Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra were absolved.

Lalu has been indicted one of the cases of the fodder scam, wherein Rs 900 crore from the Bihar exchequer was redirected under the appearance of purchasing fodder for animals, amid '80s and '90s.
