RJD pioneer prevents submitting disdain from claiming court

Jharkhand, Jan. 03 Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) representative Manoj Jha on Wendesday denied committing contempt of court.

His elucidation came after the Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Wednesday found him, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's child Tejashwi Yadav, and RJD pioneer Raghuvansh Prasad Singh guilty of contempt of court.

Tejashwi Yadav, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Manoj Jha professedly made frightful comments after Lalu and 14 others were discovered blameworthy by the court in a fodder scam case on December 23.

Responding on the development, Manoj Jha expressed surprise.

"I thought that it was amazing and stunning in light of the fact that none of us articulated a solitary word against the legal procedure or the judgment. I had held a press conference on December 23 wherein I was extremely straight out in discussing the usual way of doing things of the CBI. The CBI as an investigating agency and the CBI court are two distinct things. It was that refinement which we were attempting to make. The RJD pioneer said he wasn't the only one who has brought up issues on the working of the CBI.

"We were essentially contending that why certain arraignment witnesses were exaggerated and why certain barrier witnesses have been set aside. I am not the only one making these inquiries; heaps of columnists, bunches of individuals have expounded on it. There are many books discussing the way CBI capacities. I figure the judge would comprehend in all genuineness that we didn't expectation to make any comment on the judgement," Jha affirmed.

The Ranchi Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court will articulate the quantum of sentence against Lalu Prasad and others regarding a feed trick case tomorrow.

The court conceded the issue in wake of death of backer Vindeshwari Parsad.

The case identifies with stealing of more than Rs. 89 lakh from the Deoghar Treasury in the vicinity of 1991 and 1994. Seven charged including previous Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra have been absolved for the situation.
