Derek O'BrienTMC: to proceed with battle against Aadhaar

New Delhi, Jan 9 The Mamata Banerjee-drove Trinamool Congress (TMC) said today that it would proceed to "expose" various Aadhaar card-related problems and carry its battle against the central government's turn in and outside Parliament.

In an announcement, TMC MP Derek O'Brien said that his gathering would be "tireless" in its dissent against Aadhaar card.

"From sees in Parliament to questions in Question Hour and Mamata Banerjee's open revelations, the Trinamool Congress has uncovered Aadhaar card issues. We won't stop. The All India Trinamool Congress have battled war on Aadhaar past simply tweeting about it - early, reliable, relentless. In Parliament and outside it," he said.

Opposing linking of Aadhaar with cell phone number, West Bengal boss priest Mamata Banerjee had before said that she would not agree to it regardless of whether her phone association was snapped.

The TMC has blamed the focal government for forcing an "absolutist" run and said her gathering would "need to assume a part so that the BJP is expelled from control" at the Centre.

In a TMC parliamentary gathering meet just before the winter session of Parliament, Banerjee hosted guided get-together MPs to continue raising the issue to corner the administration.

TMC MPs also staged a protest in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the Parliament House, while in the Rajya Sabha TMC part Sukhendu Sekhar Roy had given a notice for a brief length dialog on the issue and furthermore raised the issue.
