Mamata Banerjee invites Supreme Court's decision on ideal to security ममता ने गोपनीयता के अधिकार पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का स्वागत किया

कोलकाता, 24 अगस्त पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने आज गोपनीयता के अधिकार पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का स्वागत किया।

उन्होंने एक ट्वीट में कहा, "हम माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा इस फैसले का स्वागत करते हैं # राइट टू गोपनीयता, मौलिक अधिकार है।"

एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय में जो सभी भारतीयों के जीवन को प्रभावित करेगा, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने सर्वसम्मति से घोषित किया कि संविधान के तहत गोपनीयता का अधिकार मौलिक अधिकार था।

मुख्य न्यायाधीश जे एस खेहार की अध्यक्षता वाली नौ न्यायाधीश की संविधान पीठ ने फैसला सुनाया कि "गोपनीयता का अधिकार अनुच्छेद 21 और संविधान के पूरे भाग III के तहत जीवन के अधिकार और व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता का एक आंतरिक हिस्सा है"।


Kolkata, Aug 24 West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today respected the Supreme Court's decision on ideal to security.

"We respect this decision by Honorable Supreme Court #RightToPrivacy is a Fundamental Right," she said in a tweet.

In a point of landmark decision that will influence the lives of all Indians, the Supreme Court collectively announced that privilege to security was a Fundamental directly under the Constitution.

A nine-judge Constitution bench headed by Chief Justice J S Khehar decided that "right to security is a characteristic piece of Right to Life and Personal Liberty under Article 21 and whole Part III of the Constitution".
