Farooq Abdullah: India can confront China, Pakistan however risk is from inside

New Delhi, Aug 17 India could confront China and Pakistan however some people inside the country on was resolved to ruin everything, National Conference pioneer Farooq Abdullah said today without naming anybody.

Discussing Kashmir and Kashmiris, he said a few people were endeavoring to scrutinize their nationality.

"Why should they get some information about our nationality? We Kashmiris picked India over Pakistan amid Partition since India ensures uniformity. Furthermore, I say it with satisfaction that I am an Indian Muslim," he said.

PM Narendra Modi had contacted Kashmiris in his Independence Day speech and sought a peaceful resolution to the issues in the Valley.
