More than 2.4 crore NCERT textbooks pre-booked on-line 2.4 करोड़ से अधिक एनसीईआरटी पाठ्यपुस्तकों को ऑनलाइन बुक किया गया

नई दिल्ली, 14 सितंबर एक अधिकारी ने आज कहा कि परिषद ने इस उद्देश्य के लिए एक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शुरू करने के बाद 2.4 करोड़ से अधिक एनसीईआर पाठ्यपुस्तकों को देश भर के स्कूलों और छात्रों द्वारा पूर्व बुक किया है।

पुस्तकों की "आभासी" कमी से निपटने के लिए जो माता-पिता को निजी प्रकाशकों से महंगी पुस्तकों को खरीदने के लिए मजबूर करते हैं, राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक अनुसंधान और प्रशिक्षण परिषद (एनसीईआरटी) ने पिछले महीने अपनी पोर्टल की शुरुआत की थी ताकि प्री-बुकिंग और पाठ्यपुस्तकों के डिलीवरी को अगली अकादमिक सत्र

एनसीईआरटी के निदेशक ऋषिकेश सेनापति ने कहा, "हमने अभी तक शैक्षणिक सत्र 2018-19 के लिए 2.4 करोड़ से अधिक प्रतियों की आवश्यकता प्राप्त कर ली है। यह पोर्टल 23 सितंबर तक खुला है, जिसके बाद हम पाठ्यपुस्तकों के मुद्रण की पूरी जरूरत का आकलन करेंगे।"

जबकि कर्नाटक बोर्ड ने 37 लाख पुस्तकों के लिए आदेश दिया है, अरुणाचल प्रदेश ने 2 9 लाख से अधिक पुस्तकों के लिए अनुरोध किया है।

अन्य राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में जिनके आदेश दिए गए हैं उनमें पंजाब, अंडमान निकोबार, दमन और दीव, ओडिशा, पुडुचेरी, राजस्थान और सिक्किम शामिल हैं।

पिछले साल हमने कुल 4.63 करोड़ पाठ्यपुस्तकों को छपा था और हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि इस साल इस संख्या में करीब 6 करोड़ हो जाएंगे। एक समय सीमा समाप्त होने के बाद हम आवश्यकता का आकलन करेंगे, "सेनापति ने कहा।

विद्यालयों में अहमदाबाद, कोलकाता, गुवाहाटी और बेंगलुरु में एनसीईआरटी की पाठ्यपुस्तकों को सीधे अपने निकटतम एनसीईआरटी विक्रेताओं या क्षेत्रीय उत्पादन-सह-वितरण केंद्रों (आरपीडीसी) से प्राप्त करने का विकल्प होता है।

"पहले पुस्तकों की कोई कमी नहीं थी, लेकिन एक आभासी कमी थी, जहां पुस्तक विक्रेताओं ने एनसीईआर पाठ्यपुस्तकों को शेयर किया क्योंकि वे निजी प्रकाशकों की किताबें बेचकर ज्यादा पैसा कमाते थे और छात्रों के पास सीमित पहुंच थी, लेकिन अब सभी के लिए आसान पहुंच है।" उसने जोड़ा।


New Delhi, Sep 14 Over 2.4 crore NCERT reading material have been pre-booked by schools and students from the nation over inside a month after the board launched an online portal for the purpose, an authority said today.

To manage the "virtual" shortage of books which constrained guardians to purchase costly books from private publishers, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) launched its portal last month ago to empower pre-booking and doorstep conveyance of textbooks from the next academic session.

"We have so far gotten a prerequisite of more than 2.4 crore duplicates for the academic session 2018-19. The portal is open till September 23 following which we will assess the total requirement for printing of textbooks," said NCERT Director, Hrushikesh Senapaty.

While the Karnataka Board has submitted a request for 37 lakh books, Arunachal Pradesh has asked for more than 29 lakh books.

Different States and Union regions which have set requests incorporate Punjab, Andaman and Nicobar, Daman and Diu, Odisha, Puducherry, Rajasthan and Sikkim.

"The requests have been gotten from both private and government schools, state organizations and people.

A year ago, we had printed a total of 4.63 crore textbooks and we expect the number will associate with 6 crore this year. Once the due date closes we will survey the prerequisite," Senapaty said.

Schools likewise have the choice of obtaining course books specifically from their closest NCERT vendors or the regional production-cum-distribution centres (RPDCs) of the NCERT in Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Guwahati and Bengaluru.
