Murder in Gurgaon school: Supreme Court to hear request by kid's father गुड़गांव स्कूल में हत्या: एससी बच्चे के पिता द्वारा याचिका की सुनवाई होगी

नई दिल्ली, 11 सितंबर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पिछले हफ्ते गुड़गांव के रयान इंटरनेशनल स्कूल में सात साल के एक बेटे की हत्या कर दी थी।

वरुण ठाकुर मामले में सीबीआई या एक एसआईटी की जांच कर रहे हैं।

मुख्य न्यायाधीश दीपक मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ के समक्ष यह मामला सामने आया था, जिसमें कहा गया था कि आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट रजिस्ट्री की मंजूरी के आधार पर याचिका की सुनवाई होगी।

ठाकुर के वकील ने पीठ को बताया, जिसमें न्यायमूर्ति ए। एम। खानविलकर और डी वाई चंद्रचुद शामिल थे, कि वे सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के रजिस्ट्री के साथ याचिका दायर करने की प्रक्रिया में थे।

शीर्ष अदालत ने एक अलग जनहित याचिका पर भी सहमति व्यक्त की, जिसने पूरे देश में निजी स्कूलों में सुरक्षा उपायों की कमी के मुद्दे को उठाया है।

अशोक कुमार, स्कूल के बस कंडक्टर में से एक, जिसने उसे यौन शोषण करने की कोशिश करते हुए कथित तौर पर लड़के को मार डाला, उसी दिन गिरफ्तार किया गया।



New Delhi, Sep 11 The Supreme Court today consented to hear the request of a father whose seven-year-old child was discovered killed in Gurgaon's Ryan International School a week ago.

Varun Thakur is seeking investigation by the CBI or a SIT into the case.

The issue was specified before a bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra which said the plea would be heard today subject to freedom by the apex court registry.

Thakur's counsel told the bench, additionally comprising Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud, that they were in the process of filing petition with the apex court registry.

The top court also agreed to hear a separate PIL ,which has raised the issue of absence of wellbeing measures in private schools the nation over.

The boy was found with his throat slit and lying in a pool of blood in a washroom of the upmarket Gurgaon school on September 8.

Ashok Kumar, one of the school's bus conductors, who allegedly killed the boy while attempting to sexually abuse him, was captured that day.
