अधिकारियों ने आज छात्रों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्कूलों के दिशा निर्देशों और प्रोटोकॉल का एक सेट विकसित करने

के लिए एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक आयोजित की। । गुरूग्राम के रयान इंटरनेशनल स्कूल में सात वर्षीय लड़के की घातक हत्या के मद्देनजर यह

बात सामने आई है। स्कूलों में बाल दुर्व्यवहार की घटनाओं की गंभीरता को ध्यान में रखते हुए, दोनों मंत्रालय ने 12 सितंबर को बैठक के लिए बुलाया था इससे पहले, टेलिफोनिक चर्चा में, मेनका ने जावड़ेकर को सुझाव दिया था कि महिला कर्मचारियों को स्कूलों में सहायता स्टाफ और बस चालकों / कंडक्टर के रूप में, स्कूलों में बाल यौन शोषण पर शैक्षिक फिल्मों की जांच, पीओसीएसओ ई-बॉक्स और चाइल्डलाइन 1098 लोकप्रिय एनसीईआरटी प्रकाशनों के माध्यम से और सहायक स्टाफ को रोजगार के लिए सख्त मानदंड मेनका ने मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री को अपने पत्र में सुझाव भी दिए थे। महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय ने पहले से ही इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यम के साथ-साथ सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से बच्चों की सुरक्षा के लिए अपनी आउटरीच अभियान शुरू कर दिया है। मेनका ने कहा कि दोनों मंत्रालयों की बैठक का मूल उद्देश्य उन दिशानिर्देशों और प्रोटोकॉल का विकास करना है, जिनके स्कूलों का पालन करना चाहिए ताकि बच्चों को किसी तरह के दुरुपयोग या शारीरिक / मानसिक नुकसान से सुरक्षित रहना चाहिए। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि माता-पिता, अभिभावक और शिक्षकों को बच्चों के साथ-साथ उनके व्यवहार के बारे में सतर्क रहना चाहिए और किसी भी संदिग्ध स्थिति को तुरंत चाइल्डलाइन नंबर 1098 और पीओसीएसओ ई-बॉक्स पर सूचित करना चाहिए।

Taking note of the seriousness of the incidents of child abuse in schools, both the ministry had called for a meeting on September 12.

Prior, in a telephonic discussion, Maneka requested Javadekar to consider suggestions like having women employees as the support staff and bus drivers/conductors in the schools, screening of educational films on child sexual abuse in the schools, promoting POCSO e-Box and Childline 1098 through NCERT publications and having strict standards for employing the support staff.

Maneka had additionally given the recommendations in her letter to the HRD Minister.

The Ministry of Women and Child Development has just begun its effort battle for security of kids through electronic as well as social media.
