Puducherry, Sep 16 Puducherry Lt Governor Kiran Bedi welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who turned 67 today.
In her twitter handle, the former IPS officer wished Modi "a happy birth day."
"May you keep on being honored with all the energy to fulfil your fantasies for New India," she said.
