नई दिल्ली, 16 सितंबर एक एयर इंडिया के विमान ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे पर जमीन ठंडा करने वाला एक यूनिट ले जाने वाले ट्रक को मारा क्योंकि वह पार्किंग स्थल की तरफ जा रहे थे।

एयरबस 319 पर 114 यात्री थे। इस घटना में कोई भी चोट नहीं पहुंचा, एक एयरलाइन सूत्र ने कहा।

एयर इंडिया के वडोदरा से दिल्ली इंदिरा गांधी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे पर उतरे जाने के बाद कल रात 9.45 बजे के करीब एक इंजन ने एरोब्रिज के पास खड़ी एक ट्रक में टक्कर की।

ट्रक एक जमीन पर आधारित शीतलन इकाई का इस्तेमाल कर रहा था, जो एक विमान के अंदर तापमान को विनियमित करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता था, जब यह गति में नहीं होता।

एयर इंडिया ने इस घटना की जांच के लिए एक दो सदस्यीय उच्चस्तरीय समिति गठित की है और सात दिनों के भीतर अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपीगी, एक एयरलाइन प्रवक्ता ने कहा।


New Delhi, Sep 16 An Air India plane hit a truck conveying a ground cooling unit at the international airport here as it was taxiing towards a parking bay.

There were 114 travelers on-board the Airbus 319. Nobody managed any wounds in the incident, an airline source said.

Around 9.45 pm yesterday, after Air India's Vadodara to Delhi flight arrived at Indira Gandhi International Airport one of its motors smashed into a truck stopped close to an aerobridge, the source said.

The truck was carrying a ground-based cooling unit used to direct temperature inside an airplane when it is not in motion.

Air India has constituted a two-part abnormal state board to research the episode and will present its report inside seven days, an airlin representative said.
