Varanasi, Sep 29 The Crime Branch has started a test in the violence in the BHU grounds and has issued notice to 20 members from the proctorial board, including the former chief proctor, requesting that they record their announcements, authorities said today.

SP (Crime) Gyanendra Prasad said the investigation into the violence had started and they are scrutinizing the CCTV footage.
