Rajnath Singh: Situation in Kashmir has improved कश्मीर में स्थिति में सुधार हुआ है: राजनाथ

श्रीनगर, 11 सितंबर केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने आज कहा कि कश्मीर घाटी की स्थिति में पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में काफी सुधार हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि कश्मीर की समस्याओं को हल करने में मदद करने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति से मिलने की इच्छा व्यक्त की गई है।

सिंह, जो जम्मू-कश्मीर की चार दिवसीय यात्रा पर हैं, ने संवाददाताओं से कहा कि कश्मीर मुद्दे का स्थायी समाधान पांच 'सी-दया, संचार, सह-अस्तित्व, आत्मविश्वास निर्माण और स्थिरता पर आधारित है।

"प्रतिनिधिमंडलों को मिलने और यहां बैठकें करने के बाद, मैं समझता हूं कि कश्मीर की स्थिति में बहुत सुधार हुआ है। मैं यह दावा नहीं करना चाहता कि सबकुछ पूरी तरह से ठीक है लेकिन चीजें सुधार रही हैं, यह मैं दृढ़ विश्वास से कह सकता हूं।"

उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी यात्रा के दौरान उन्होंने पुलिस और सीआरपीएफ के कर्मियों के साथ बातचीत की है और वह सेना के कर्मियों को भी मिलेंगे।

जो लोग बात करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें आगे आना चाहिए।" जब पूछा गया कि क्या सरकार अलगाववादियों के साथ बातचीत करने के लिए तैयार थी।

उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार उन सभी हितधारकों को छोड़ना नहीं चाहती, जिनके साथ बातचीत होनी चाहिए।


Srinagar, Sept 11 The situation in Kashmir Valley has enhanced essentially finished the previous year, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said today as he communicated ability to meet any individual who needs to help settle issues of Kashmir.

Singh, who is on a four-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, advised correspondents that a perpetual answer for Kashmir issue depends on five 'C's - compassion, communication, coexistence, confidence building and consistency.


"After meeting the delegations and holding meetings here, I understand that the situation in Kashmir has greatly improved.I would prefer not to claim that everything is totally fine however things are enhancing, this I can state with firm conviction," Singh said.

He said amid his visit he has interacted with police and CRPF work force and he will likewise meet Army staff.

"I will meet any anyone who needs to help us in settling issues of Kashmir.There is no doubt of a formal or casual welcome. The individuals who need to talk should approach. I generally come here with an open mind," Singh said when inquired as to whether the government was prepared to hold converses with separatists.

He said the government does not have any desire to forget any of the partners with whom discourse ought to be held.
