CBI books Hooda's ex-PS in lopsided assets case सीबीआई ने हुड्डा के पूर्व पीएस को असंतुलित संपत्ति के मामले में लिखा है

नई दिल्ली, 5 सितंबर, सीबीआई ने हरियाणा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपिंदर सिंह हुड्डा के प्रमुख सचिव मुरारी लाल तयाल के खिलाफ असीम परिसंपत्तियां जमा करने का मामला दर्ज किया है।

जमीन आवंटन अनियमितताओं के मामले में पहले से ही सीबीआई स्कैनर के तहत तियाल को अपने परिवार के सदस्यों - सविता तायल, कार्तिक तयाल और मालवीका तायल और एक फर्म कपैप फार्मा लिमिटेड के साथ मुक़दमा किया गया है।

कल रात दर्ज एफआईआर ने आरोप लगाया था कि तयाल ने 2006-14 के दौरान 10 करोड़ रुपये की परिसंपत्तियां जमा कीं, जो वह अपने ज्ञात स्रोतों से नहीं समझा सकता था

एजेंसी ने भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत प्राथमिकी दायर की है।




New Delhi, Sep 5 The CBI has registered a case of storing up lopsided resources against Murari Lal Tayal, who was principal secretary to former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

Tayal, effectively under the CBI scanner regarding an instance of land apportioning abnormalities, has been reserved alongside his relatives - Savita Tayal, Kartik Tayal and Malvika Tayal - and a firm Kappac Pharma Limited.

The FIR, registered last night, claims that Tayal amassed Rs 10 crore of advantages amid 2006-14 which he couldn't clarify from his known wellsprings of salary.

The agency has documented the FIR under arrangements of Prevention of Corruption Act.
