दक्षिण दिल्ली के बिजवासन इलाके में पालम के खेतों 26 में स्थित फार्महाउस को मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग प्रतिबंध (पीएमएलए) के तहत प्रावधान किया गया है।

यह भारती और उनके पति शैलेश कुमार से संबंधित है और यह "मिशेल पैकर्स एंड प्रिंटर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड" के नाम पर आयोजित किया गया है, केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी ने कहा।

ईडी ने आरोप लगाया कि "यह 2008-09 में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग में शामिल 1.2 करोड़ रुपये का इस्तेमाल करके खरीदा गया था।"

एजेंसी ने जुलाई में दो भाइयों सुरेंद्र कुमार जैन और वीरेन्द्र जैन और अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ जांच के तहत इस स्थान पर और कुछ अन्य लोगों पर छापा मारा था, जिन पर शेल कंपनियों के इस्तेमाल पर कई करोड़ रुपए का लुत्फ उठाया गया था।

पीएमएलए के तहत ईडी द्वारा जैन बंधुओं को गिरफ्तार किया गया था।

It has a place with Bharti and her significant other Shailesh Kumar and is "held for the sake of Ms Mishail Packers and Printers Private Limited", the central probe agency said.

"It was bought utilizing Rs 1.2 crore engaged with money laundering in the year 2008-09," the ED affirmed.
