He said he became acquainted with this in the wake of enquiring from Rita Bahuguna Joshi, the little girl of the previous UP boss pastor, who also had been a Congress leader until 1977.

The chief minister adulated the former state chief of being practical while being one of the eminent government officials of his opportunity.

The state chief also took a correspond at Congress for ignoring such great leader.

He stated, "this demonstrates there are sure people whose lone expectation is to keep their family in control."

Hemvati Bahuguna was the UP chief minister from July 28, 1979 - January 14, 1980. He kicked the bucket in the United States after an unsuccessful sidestep surgery.
