Rahul Gandhi tweets on Judge BH Loya death case, there is expectation

New Delhi Apr 20 Amid intense politics over the passing of Judge BH Loya, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Friday said that there is still expectation as a large number of "Indians can see the truth" identifying with his demise. Rahul's response came a day after the late extraordinary CBI Judge BH Loya's family said that "there is no expectation left".

The family had said this after the Supreme Court dismissed a batch of petitions looking for an independent probe into the death of special CBI judge BH Loya.

The apex court said that there is no reason to disbelieve the Judicial Officers in the Judge Loya demise case and decided that examination uncovers that he died of natural causes.

The top court of the nation also said that unimportant and propelled petitions should be discouraged.

The late special CBI judge was directing the trial for a situation identified with the executing of Sohrabuddin Sheik in an asserted organized shootout in November 2005 close Gandhinagar in which the now BJP chief Amit Shah was a denounced. Amit Shah was later discharged from the case.

"'There is no hope left, everything is managed', says Judge Loya's family. I need to tell them, there is hope. There is hope since a great many Indians can see reality

Attacking the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Gandhi scion had on Thursday said reality will at last get up to speed with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) boss.

"Indians are deeply intelligent. Most Indians, including those in the BJP, intuitively understand reality about Amit Shah. The truth has its own particular manner of making up for lost time with individuals like him," he had tweeted.

Then, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday composed a blog on Judge BH Loya's demise and the discussion identified with him.

In the strongly-worded blog, Jaitley, who is also a renowned Supreme Court lawyer, called the judge Brijgopal Harkishan Loya demise case an example "that almost created a judicial mutiny".

The Union Minister posted the blog on his Facebook page on Friday afternoon, a few hours after the Supreme Court of India dismissed a bunch of petitions looking an independent probe into the death of special CBI judge BH Loya
