No meeting has been arranged between India-Pakistan in London: Indian agent to UK

London, April 18 Indian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom (UK) YK Sinha has emphasized that no respective gathering has been arranged amongst India and Pakistan on the sidelines of Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London.

"Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) representative Raveesh Kumar has just said that no such gathering [India-Pakistan reciprocal gathering on sidelines of Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London] is arranged and to the extent I know there is no adjustment in this position," Indian High Commissioner to UK.

Sinha also educated that issues identified with fear based oppression and financial guilty parties will be the focal point of the visit.

"Economic offender issues will be talked about in the visit alongside a portion of the cases being checked by the court. Terrorism will also be talked about."

The Diplomat's remarks came in the background of PM Modi's five-day, three-country visit to Sweden, the UK and Germany.

The Prime Minister wrapped up his one-day visit to Sweden and arrived in London on Tuesday to partake in the 2018 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
