Former MHA official says, NIA was misused

New Delhi, Apr 17 Former Under Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, R.V.S Mani, on Tuesday, said that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) painted the 'Hindu Terror' edge for each situation.

"The original case by the CBI, which had accumulated a lot of proof and was advancing admirably, the then political administration of the home service exchanged the case starting with one central agency then onto the next, giving the case to NIA. I don't recognise what they did with the first confirmation, however from that point forward the saffron dread story was upheld," Mani said

"Initially they did just saffron dread cases, I think it was to a greater degree a sketch office than an examination office, they were shading everything (each case) in saffron," he included.

Declaring that the claimed religious politics that the Home Ministry played with a few demonstrations of fear in the nation was after his transfer from the service, he stated, "The seeds of Hindu terrorism warfare were sowed in the Home Ministry simply after my exchange. I have left the legislature and have no childish thought processes. I took voluntarily retirement 22 months before the due date. I am remaining with truth. Pursuing posts is a government officials' activity, not mine."

Expressing that the cases worked for the sake of 'Hindu Terror' are separating wherever as they have no considerable claim, he stated, "The cases are failing as just truth has proof and witnesses, you can manufacture a report and everything, except, on interrogation the cases crash and burn and that is the way it has happened, which was particularly anticipated."

A special NIA court at Nampally had yesterday cleared each of the five charged for the situation, including Nabha Kumar Sarkar nom de plume Swami Aseemanand, because of absence of confirmation gave by the organization against the blamed.

The decision for the situation comes almost following 11 years. The impact that occurred on May 18, 2007, at the Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad amid Friday petitions killed eight people and left 58 injured.

It was asserted to be the result of a scheme brought forth by Hindu periphery groups.
