PM of Nepal KP Sharma Oli lands in India on 3-day State visit

New Delhi, Apr 6 Prime Minister of Nepal KP Sharma Oli on Friday landed in India on a three-day State visit.

The meeting dignitary was received by Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of State (MoS) Finance SP Shukla.

The Nepal Prime Minister will be joined by his wife Radhika Shakya and an entourage of ministers, Members of Parliament (MPs), secretaries and other high-positioning authorities of the Nepal Government.

He is planned to hold discussions with the top leadership of India to discuss upon issues including the previously marked settlements among Nepal and India and further make the reports on the issues, which require attention.

Later, he will visit Pantnagar in Uttarakhand and go to a program composed at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.

The three-day State visit comes in the midst of the hypothesis of sticking to China after the cooperation of radical gatherings increased two-third lion's share in the marathon decisions held in 2017.

With the visit of Federal Nepal's first Prime Minister KP Oli, the expectations among the general population has held up.

On his second day of visit PM Oli will go to the Ceremonial Reception and examine the Guard of Honor at the Rastrapati Bhawan and will meet Indian President Ram Nath Kovind and Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu. He will pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat.

"On the same day (7th April, 2018), The Rt. Hon'ble Prime Minister will hold official meeting with His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India. The Prime Minister of India will have a Banquet Luncheon out of appreciation for the Prime Minister of Nepal and his assignment. Outside Affairs Minister, Minister of Finance, and Minister of Home Affairs of the Government of India will approach The Rt. Hon'ble Prime Minister. Senior Political Leaders from India will likewise approach Rt. Hon'ble Prime Minister of Nepal," the Nepal Embassy, stated, in an announcement.
