Wasim Rizvi urges PM Modi to increase his security

New Delhi, Apr 13 Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board chief Wasim Rizvi on Friday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to increase his security after three people were captured for allegedly conspiring to kill him.

Rizvi composed a letter to Prime Minister Modi while saying that he was on focus of fanatics because of his expert Ram Mandir stand.

Earlier today, three people, associated with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim were captured from Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr city for professedly contriving to kill Rizvi.

"Extremists having a place with India Muslim Personal Law Board like Sajjad Nomani, Asaduddin Owaisi and couple of individuals from Darul Uloom Deoband are connected with black market Don Dawood Ibrahim and plans are being made to slaughter me even in Pakistan," he said.

Rizvi even requested that the Prime Minister to take appropriate action against Madrasa which according to him "continues to be center of promoting terrorism in the country."

In the mean time, a Delhi Court today sent the three charged Arif, Abrar and Saleem to five-day Police care.
