Furious about India's egotistical reaction: Imran Khan

Islamabad, Sept 22 A day after New Delhi called-off the proposed India-Pakistan foreign minister-level talks, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan communicated discontent over the cancellation of the meeting.

Khan, in his tweet, stated, "Disappointed at the arrogant and negative reaction by India to my call for resumption of the peace dialogue. However, all my entire life I have gone over small men occupying big offices who do not have the vision to see the larger picture."

On Friday, India pulled out of the proposed meeting between External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and her Pakistani partner Shah Mehmood Qureshi, hours after two Special Police Officers and one policeman in Jammu and Kashmir were hijacked and severely killed by the terrorists.

Prior, on September 18, the bullet-ridden assemblage of Border Security Force Head Constable Narender Singh was found in Jammu close India-Pakistan International Boundary.

While reporting its decision, Ministry of External Affairs said that the true face of the Pakistan Prime Minister had been uncovered in the wake of the brutal killings.

The foreign ministers of India and Pakistan were scheduled to meet on the sidelines of the United National General Assembly in New York one week from now. The effort was reached out by Khan because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's letter, praising him on assuming control as Pakistan's 22nd Prime Minister.
